- All submitted works must be original, or have explicit permission from the creator.
- Submissions must be free of sexual content, profanity and any inappropriate language. Only clean content is accepted.
- All films submitted must be password protected.
- Films produced from 2022 to January 2026 may be submitted. Works in progress are accepted.
- Only finalists (films that receive a nomination) are screened at the live event. Other official selections are presented in the online showcase and do not need a DCP.
- The PAL system is not accepted. Accepted films must provide an MPEG4 file uploaded to the online system.
- Screenplays: one PDF in standard industry format (12-point Courier). Corrected screenplays must be submitted as a new entry.
Judging: each film is evaluated by the panel of judges; prize amounts may vary based on quality and impact. Winners and finalists are contacted three weeks before the festival.
Each filmmaker whose work is selected receives a free Gold Pass on arrival at the festival (non-transferable, access to all screenings and panels).
