When is the festival?
November 5 to 7, 2026: from 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 5, until 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 7.
Where are the screenings?
All screenings are at the Writers Guild Theater, 135 S Doheny Dr, Beverly Hills.
Where is the gala?
The gala venue is shared with you after you buy your ticket.

How do I submit my film?
Submit on FilmFreeway: filmfreeway.com/Authentictv.
Do selected filmmakers get a pass?
Yes. Each filmmaker whose work is selected receives a free Gold Pass on arrival. It is non-transferable and gives access to all screenings and panels.
Which films are shown at the live event?
Only finalists (films that receive a nomination) are screened at the live event. Other official selections are presented in the online showcase.
Tickets
What does the VIP Experience include?
Dinner, festival access and the awards ceremony. Only 50 VIP tickets are available, at $750 each.
